Brendan Paul arrested on drug charges, accused of being Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ mule

Introduction about Paul:

Brendan Paul, born in December 1998, is the son of Curt Paul and Maryjo Prince-Paul. His sister, Logan, was a graduate student on the Syracuse softball team last spring. Brendan is studying sport management at the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. Brendan Paul began his basketball journey as a walk-on player for the Syracuse men’s basketball team in 2018. During his time there, he played in 16 games over two seasons. Later,
he transferred to Division-II Fairmont State to finish his collegiate career. While at Fairmont State, he played in 35 games across two seasons for the Fighting Falcons. Brendan Paul was taken into custody on Monday for allegedly possessing cocaine.

marijuana:

Brendan Paul, 25, was arrested at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport on Monday while reportedly preparing to board a private jet with rapper Sean Love Combs. Homeland Security and Border Patrol officials found drugs, including cocaine and marijuana, in Paul’s bag. However, these drugs are said to be unrelated to Diddy’s ongoing sexual assault allegations. According to information from PEOPLE, Brendan Paul, who used to play basketball for
Syracuse University, who is 25 years old, was arrested at Opa-Locka airport by Miami-Dade police and Homeland Security agents. They also searched his two homes on Monday. The affidavit claims that Paul was arrested because authorities found suspected cocaine and marijuana in his travel bags. Although Paul has been mentioned in Rodney Jones’ civil sexual assault lawsuit against Combs, this arrest doesn’t seem to be related to the rapper.

Paul’s lawyer, Brian Bieber, stated to people, “We do not plan on trying this case in the media; all issues will be dealt with in court.” Paul, who was bailed out on Tuesday, was previously mentioned in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs. Jones accused Paul of being Combs’ “mule” who “acquires” and “distributes” his “drugs and guns.” Paul’s bond was set at $2,500.

Despite the timing, Paul’s arrest is unrelated to the raids on Diddy’s properties. However, Paul’s name has been mentioned in connection with Diddy’s sex trafficking of Allega tons. In February, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual abuse, in which Jones claimed that Paul works as Diddy’s drug and gun distributor. Diddy has denied the sexual assault allegations.

In a revised lawsuit filed in a New York federal district court by Jones on Monday, he describes Paul as Combs’ “mule,” claiming that Paul allegedly obtained, transported, and distributed various drugs, including ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, mushrooms, and Tucci. These substances were allegedly packed in their carry-on luggage and taken through TSA security. Tucci, as mentioned in the lawsuit, is described as a pink drug that combines ecstasy and cocaine.

USA TODAY has attempted to contact representatives for Combs for comments on Paul’s arrest and the allegations.

Rodney Jones tells about Paul:

In a recent lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney Jones, he accused Mr. Paul of being Combs’ “mule,” responsible for acquiring and distributing guns for the rapper. Jones claims to have personally seen Mr. Paul attempting to transport illegal drugs on flights between LA, Miami, Virginia, the Caribbean, and London on three separate occasions. Jones collaborated with Combs on his latest album, “The Love Album: Off the Grid.” According to Jones, their partnership lasted from September 2022 to November 2023, during which they produced nine songs for the album, for which Jones is credited as a producer. Combs has refuted Jones’ accusations against him.

In the lawsuit, Jones claims that Combs demanded that he and Paul carry his firearm whenever they went out.

Defendant Kristina Khorram allegedly assigned Paul, Moy Baun, and Frankie Santella various tasks, including drug trafficking and arranging sex workers for Combs.

Conclusion:

Brendan Paul, a former Syracuse University basketball player, was arrested at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport on drug charges. The circumstances of Paul’s arrest are still unfolding, and more information may come to light as the investigation progresses.
