Introduction:

Women’s empowerment refers to allowing women the power to make choices and control their own lives, whether socially, economically, or politically. It involves providing opportunities for education, employment, healthcare, participation in decision-making processes, gender equality, and having the right to work anywhere across the world.

Problems faced by women:

In many parts of the world, girls face barriers to achieving education, including cultural norms, poverty, and lack of resources Gender-based violence, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, is a significant problem that affects women worldwide.

In some cultures, boys may be prioritized for education over girls, so it is the main reason for illiteracy. Women often earn less than men for the same work, reflecting systemic gender discrimination in pay practices. The wage gap is common across the world. Girls may be more vulnerable to sexual violence.

Ancient times:

In ancient times, girls had limited access to education compared to boys. Education, if available, is often focused on domestic skills or household work and preparing girls for marriage and motherhood rather than academic or professional fields. Girls were often married off at a young age, sometimes as soon as they reached puberty. Marriage was frequently arranged by their families, and without the permission of the girl, everyone thought that girls were the burden of society.

In some cultures, girls were seen as goddesses or priestesses, while in others, they were seen as inferior to boys. Parents are expected to expect girls to fulfill domestic roles such as cooking, cleaning, and childcare. These tasks were considered essential for maintaining the household and were often prioritized over other activities. Hey never forced boys to also learn this kind of work. Never teach them to respect, love, and take care of women. They used abusive words, talked in bad language, got addicted, and became physically violent, not treating women well.

Good treatment:

Treating women with respect, kindness, and equality is essential. Listen to them, support their goals, and treat them as individuals with their own thoughts and feelings.

Governmental policies:

Governments make many laws and policies with the aim of protecting women’s rights, addressing gender-based discrimination, and promoting gender equality in many sectors, such as education, employment, healthcare, and political participation. For many governmental exams, seats are reserved for women, and forms are free for them.

Conservative family:

There are many women who come from conservative families who face unique challenges and opportunities as they navigate their personal and professional lives. They suffer with their lives to fulfill their big dreams and also have the courage to make a name for themselves. Everyone knows her with respect and feels proud to see you in your successful position.

Women from conservative families may face traditional expectations regarding their roles and responsibilities, including marriage, childcare, and domestic duties. Breaking away from these expectations to pursue education, career goals, or personal ambitions can be met with resistance or disapproval. Many women find support and a path within their conservative families, communities, or cultural networks. As we see in our lives, many mothers who come from this situation will never make their daughter, as they know how it hurts. She gives her best education system where she can achieve a good position and make herself free and fly; freedom is the only thing that every woman wants. If she is a married woman who is independent, she will never tolerate the bad behavior of her husband or in-laws. Because she knows the article, she has the right to go to the court and police station. They took action on this matter and freed her with this violence. We see that in some years, after many fights, it turns into divorce. According to previous years, the divorce rate has increased because women are now educated and don’t have the capacity to be abused by them, so they will be able to make the right decision for themselves and make their own world with peace and happiness.
