In this era, social media is a problem for youth as well as children and older people. Hey, they’re always busy on their smartphones, tablets, notebook computers, or personal computers. It affects their mental health as well as their physical health.
Children face problems:
We see in our daily lives that small children like 1 or 2 years of age want to use or watch screens; after a year passes, screen time will be reduced, and their mother engages them in mobile phones, television, or any social media platforms because of their busy schedule or household work. After a year, it turns out that a lot of problems, like eye problems, headaches, body pain, etc., make them mentally and physically disturbed.

Create screen-free time with you, stay in quiet places alone and think about their future or what’s going on, stay focused on yourself, go for walks, work on their passions and hobbies, and learn new things like how to drive cars or other things.
Good sleep:
Quality sleep is also very important; it is essential to sleep very well and peacefully; it helps us to be ready for another day very actively and relaxingly; and good sleep helps to mitigate disruptions. Establishing or setting a good sleep or wake-up schedule helps improve concentration for their work.
We also have to ensure that we leave screen time an hour before going to bed because using a phone for a long period of time creates dark circles. Not having to use the phone in the dark is more dangerous as compared to the light.

Today’s kid’s do not have an interest in books, novels, or study materials because of their social media platforms. The most trending applications that they use are Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and so many others. With this social media application, they don’t have to concentrate on their studies.
Gaming is also a very bad addiction that makes people crazy. So, we have to ensure that we can use any applications or any gaming activity for a limited time and focus on our studies.
