I so decided to start cooking more at home and reduce how often I ate out. I started to feel better and saved a ton of money at the same time!

It is a bad habit to smoke. It is detrimental to nearly every area of your body, including your heart and lungs. Although we are all aware of it, breaking the habit might be difficult for whatever reason.
