“She has a really amazing ability to hold people to high standards while also building trust and a relationship,” said Adams, who moved to Tennessee with Rackham Watt. “(She) creates that connection with the staff and the players where they want to work hard, and they want to compete, and they want to make sacrifices willingly.”
